Ron Howard's adaptation of Dan Brown's The Da Vinci Code starring Tom Hanks, Audrey Tautou, Ian McKellen, Paul Bettany, and many more seems to have people divided into two major camps. The first camp thinks The Da Vinci Code is a fun pageturner that invites some serious debate about some theological issues. The other camp thinks it's quite pretty much heresy and is not particuarly thrilled that the book and movie are doing so well.
