When it comes to development, there a lot of companies that are still trying to figure out Sony's PS3.
It's a still a relatively new technology, and it's certainly easier to work on platforms that they already know and are comfortable with.
Activision, on the other hand, appears to have a firm grip on what it takes to make quality product for PlayStation 3. And they're quite proud of it.
?What you are seeing with many publishers is they are unable to simultaneously develop and launch on the PS3 and the Xbox 360. Instead, they develop and release one SKU at a time or they simply don?t release a PS3 SKU at all.
