Sony won’t give any numbers, but it looks like they only managed to ship half of the originally-forcast 400,000 PS3’s at launch. But according to Sony’s David Karraker all the production issues have been resolved and they’re still targeting 1 million PS3 in the pipeline to North America by the end of 2006.
